1How Does Maid Magical Work?
Relax. Let us do the cleaning. Maid Magical is a cleaning company based in Denver, CO that focuses on consumer experience. We work with talented developers to facilitate the booking process and ensure security. All our cleaners are employed and not contractors unlike most cleaning companies out there. All which are insured and bonded and trained to deliver on Maid Magical's cleaning list.
2Does someone have to be present?
No. You can simply let us know any special instructions during the booking process.
3Is Maid Magical insured and bonded?
Absolutely, we understand that it is a privilege to be in your home. In an unusual event of a damaged object please notify us within 48 hours by email info@maidmagical.com or call us directly (720) 522-0915.
4Is Maid Magical pet friendly?
Of course, we love pets, but sometimes they don't love us. If you think your pet will be overly anxious while we are cleaning please make a temporary arrangement.
5Do I need to provide any supplies?
We use all eco-friendly products. We will provide everything with the exception of: step stool, vaccum, & bleach. We are happy to use these items if you leave them out for us in clear view.

Billing

1How do I pay?
We accept all major credit and debit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We do not take cash payments.
2What is your cancellation policy?
We assess a $50 cancellation fee to appointments not cancelled by 3PM MT the day before the appointment.
3Do I leave a tip?
Tips are not required but are certainty appreciated by our cleaners.
